Cinematical's prices represent the many hours of careful editing that your wedding film demands. We do not just 'plaster' music over footage. Your film will be carefully crafted to reflect the joy and atmosphere of the day. As a guide, 1 minute of footage can easily take 1 hour to edit.
All of our packages include Custom designed artwork for the DVD presentation box and DVD disc. Your wedding disc will also include interactive scene selection menus. All of the packages featured, include two cameras for a far more refined wedding film.
We offer the following money saving option:
Although we do not recommend it, for filming with one camera only, deduct £125 from any package price. 99% of our clients choose the two camera option.
The Gold Service.
Two camera operators for the whole day.
We arrive approximately one hour before the ceremony.
The film starts with some scene setting shots of the church/venue, and the arrival of the Groom and your guests.
Then continues with the arrival of the Bridal party.
The whole ceremony is captured together with the signing of the register. (Permission granting)
We then capture the excitement of the photo shoot.
Moving on to the reception, where we film the newly married couple arriving.
Then of course the excitement of the greetings line.
We then film throughout the speeches, and the cutting of the cake.
Then on to the magic of the first dance. (Or to 8:30PM).
Includes Free: ‘Guests best wishes to camera’. (Time & location depending)
Includes Free: The key moments of the day are Shown in the highlights section at the end of the video. This is a great favourite, and is often where the tissues are needed!
Includes Free: Your highlights online (If you wish) for friends and family to view.

This is our premier service. It includes all that our Goldplus package includes.
Plus the excitement starts with the Bride and family getting ready for the big day, and departing for the wedding.
Please note that when at all possible, we use a female camera operator for this part of the day. If the two locations are local, we can also split the preparations between the bride and groom if required.

Cinematical use only the latest digital equipment to ensure that you get the outstanding finished product that your special day deserves.
We use a minimum of two cameras, as we firmly believe this produces a far more refined and entertaining video. We work as unobtrusively as possible, not interfering with the flow of the day.
Our prices are guaranteed for two years from the date of booking.
Movie Extras.
Hi-Definition Filming
A Hi-Definition picture in widescreen (16:9) is almost 4.5 times more detailed than DVD. Simply stunning! Hi-Def also helps to future proof your wedding disc. Just as DVD has replaced VHS, then Hi-def will replace DVD. Cinematical use the Blu-ray Hi definition system.
Add £129 to any package. Choose whichever mix of Blu-ray and DVD discs that you prefer. (According to the number of discs that your package provides).
Our price promise to you
Blu-ray prices are already falling - in exactly the same way that DVD did. Our promise to you is that we guarantee to charge the lower price for Blu-ray at the time your balance is paid. No matter what the price was for this service when you booked.
Filming Of The Bride At Home Capture the excitement of the Bride & family getting ready for the big day. Approximately two hours filming - £135 (Included in Diamond Package)
Filming of the Groom preparing is also available dependent on location.
The Wedding Rehearsal (Local venues only) This can be a wonderful addition to your wedding film. Set to a cinematic score, it's guaranteed to stir those memories. - £75
Photo slide shows A selection of approximately 40 photos set to the music of your choice. These can feature: Growing up, your honeymoon, your wedding, or any subject that you choose! £70 from photos on disc - £95 from photos to be scanned
Extra Copies DVD £12 per copy. Blu-Ray £18 per copy.
NTSC copies. (USA, Canada, Mexico, and Japan) £55 for the first copy. Prices as above thereafter.
VHS copies. VHS copies are available under the same terms.
Extra hours are charged at £65 per hour or part of.
Mileage. All of our packages include 150 miles travel allowance. Extra mileage is charged at 35 pence per mile. Events that include distances of more than 100 miles from our base in Ashford, Kent, must include one nights accommodation local to the event at extra cost to the client. These extra costs will be invoiced after the event date. Please check mileage before booking.
