We received the dvds yesterday and rushed home from work with excitement to watch it and we are both over the moon with what you've done. It was lovely to re-live the best day of our lives. We've watched the video about 5 times already with a few of our friends, and each time we've seen it we noticed something else that's really special to us. We expected the video to be good, but it's much better than we could have ever imagined. You and Claire have really captured the moment... its very emotional to watch, we love the choice of music and the timing of the words is great. You also managed to capture all our family and guests brilliantly, and even our little pup Paris. The video will a timeless reminder of an amazing day! The truth is we didn't even know that you and Claire were there half the time. We really enjoyed the film and loved every minute of it. We have been busy showing it off to everyone and they are all very impressed. It exceeded everyone’s expectations and is fantastic. The editing and style was just what we were looking for, relaxed and capturing our personalities perfectly; Susan’s laugh and the fact that I can’t sit still for 2 seconds. It’s certainly amusing seeing yourself back on film. The HD also really is worth it especially at somewhere like Nettlestead where it really stands out. Gareth and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your amazing work on our wedding dvd!! It’s absolutely perfect and so much better than I could have imagined. It had taken me a while to convince Gareth that we should get a videographer, he had worried about having a camera in his face all day and feeling unnatural and therefore ending up with a dvd that he wouldn’t want to watch. With you and Clare it was the exact opposite. After the day he commented how he didn’t notice the camera at all – neither yours, Clare’s or our photographers. He wasn’t the only one to mention this, several of our guests commented on this as well and I felt the same.
To cap it all off, the dvd itself was fantastic! After watching it Gareth conceded that I was right to convince him that we should have a videographer – I tried not to look too smug!! The dvd brought something extra that we hadn’t even considered, we knew it would be great to be able to watch the ceremony, and the speeches again, but I also really love that there are snippets of all of our guests on film. Even those who only came for the evening have been captured which is such a bonus. The best wishes messages were also brilliant! We’re really glad these weren’t heavily edited – they were wonderful to watch and will be great to look back on! It was also great for each of us to see what the other was doing before the ceremony and to catch parts of the day that we’d missed. We will be watching this over and over again without a doubt and will treasure this fantastic record of our day! Thank you so much for your hard work, both you and Clare were fantastic! Thank you so much for the AMAZING DVD. It will be something we can treasure for the rest of our lives and has captured the day perfectly. We can't stop watching it and everyone that's seen it has been blown away. Several tears have been shed! The whole day goes by in such a blur that it's been such a brilliant gift for us to be able to watch it all back and re live bits that we'd completely forgotten even happened. It feels like you were right there for every second, yet on the day not once did it feel like you were intruding and somehow you've managed to capture everything and make it feel so personal. Brillant! Brillant! Brillant! In terms of service and value for money. You won't get any better. I looked at a lot of suppliers for my Wedding and went to at least a dozen fairs and spent hours on the internet. I chose Arthur based mainly on cost as I wasn't intending to have a professional video done. This means I hadn't considered so many things but this wasn't a problem as it was all sorted for me. I love music and probably would have spent hours choosing but Arthur's advice was excellent. I am so glad I had this done. The church was checked out, spellings of names checked, who's who etc. Arthur planned and guided me through it all and I have to say this was the one thing I didn't worry about going right. The end product was fabulous and I have picked up many things that I missed on the day. I have watched it lots and lots. Kelley & Mark Andersen.
After explaining hold ups with the South African postal system....However, I would like to let you know that the long wait was worth absolutely every week that passed. I have never seen such a beautiful wedding video. You captured the day to perfection. I have to admit that the day was a bit of a blur - being the Mother of the bride and all that goes with it - but as I watched the video it all came back to me, and I watched it twice in a row! Your attention to detail was superb, and it even reminded me that Caz's veil had 'sparklies' on it! I loved the way you filmed the organists hands, and especially liked the wedding vows with the little pictures of their faces which the congregation could not see at the time, because they were facing away from us. Choosing to have a wedding film, was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day. Watching it back really allowed us to relive the excitement that we felt on the day. It also allowed us to see the parts of the day that we were not part of. (You can't be everywhere at once!) We were also pleased with the little extras that you did for us. The video is absolutely superb!! A BIG BIG THANK YOU to you and your daughter for everything. I can honestly say this was one part of the wedding that was stress free. I would definitely recommend you!! What was also good was the fact that you kept in regular contact after the wedding and fitted your work in around us and our photos etc. without getting cross!! Feedback from our guests was also very good - this was probably as important to us as the end result, we've been to so many weddings where the video people get on everyone's nerves.
